  • Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs, applicable sales taxes, and delivery fees for mobile units will be added to your total.

  • Confirmation: An email confirmation serves as an acknowledgment of your request and does not signify final acceptance until payment is processed and production/shipment is prepared.

5. Delivery of Mobile Units

  • Processing Time: Custom mobile home orders involve specific lead times discussed during the consultation phase.

  • Delivery Delays: StoryOpen is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including severe weather, transit permits, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of mobile homes, return and refund policies may vary. Most accessory items can be returned within 30 days if in original condition. Please refer to our specific Refund and Return Policy for details regarding large-scale mobile unit cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property
