The StudioHome 16 is a 16-square-metre single-room studio space that combines the light quality, acoustic performance, and environmental control that creative work requires with the legal status of a mobile home — enabling deployment in most domestic gardens under Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act permitted development rights without full planning permission in the majority of UK local authority areas.
