Storyopen EventBase 30 Pop-Up Hospitality Mobile Home — Festival and Event Edition

The Storyopen EventBase 30 Pop-Up Hospitality Mobile Home is purpose-engineered for the events, festival, pop-up hospitality, and temporary commercial accommodation sector — a 30-square-metre mobile home unit that functions as a hospitality suite, VIP backstage accommodation, sponsor activation space, production office, or premium on-site accommodation for events and festivals where the quality and speed of deployment, the visual impact of the external presentation, and the operational efficiency of a self-contained service environment determine the commercial value of the unit to the event organiser.

The external presentation is designed to create immediate visual impact consistent with premium event branding: a full-wrap digitally printed external cladding system allows the EventBase 30’s exterior to be printed with event branding, sponsor identity, or custom artwork at 720dpi resolution on the full external surface area, transforming the building into a brand activation asset as well as a functional accommodation unit. The print wrap is applied to a 3mm Alucobond composite panel substrate for durability through multi-event deployment cycles, and the wrap is removable and replaceable between events allowing brand refreshment at each new deployment location.

The interior is configured for VIP hospitality use: a comfortable lounge area with bespoke fixed seating for six, integrated bar unit with refrigerated drinks cabinet and glass storage, a private bedroom suite with a fixed king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and a working area with a data connection point and fold-out desk. A retractable LED canopy of 12 square metres deploys from the building’s long elevation in under three minutes providing a covered external hospitality space for 20 standing guests. Audio-visual infrastructure includes ceiling-mounted JBL speakers across the interior and exterior canopy area, a rack-mount AV hub pre-configured for event production use, and an HDMI distribution system to four screen positions.

The EventBase 30 deploys on any reasonably level grass, tarmac, or hard-standing surface and connects to a standard 63A three-phase event power supply. Storyopen provides an events deployment operations team for multi-unit event installations requiring coordinated placement, connection, and dressing within event-morning timescales.
