The Storyopen LuxLiving 40 Two-Bedroom Premium Mobile Home is the flagship product of the Storyopen residential range — a 40-square-metre architect-designed mobile home that sets an entirely new standard for what prefabricated road-legal residential accommodation can achieve in terms of spatial quality, material specification, thermal performance, and interior design integrity. Designed by an award-winning residential architecture practice in collaboration with Storyopen’s engineering team, the LuxLiving 40 is built for buyers who refuse to accept a compromise between the flexibility of a mobile home and the quality of a permanently built architect-designed residence.

The structural system is a precision-fabricated hot-rolled steel portal frame with 160mm SIP infill panels achieving a U-value of 0.13 W/m²K — a performance level equivalent to the most thermally efficient new-build residential construction. The two-bedroom floor plan delivers a master bedroom with en-suite wet room, a second bedroom or home-office space, an open-plan kitchen-dining-living area with full-height glazing on the south elevation, and a principal bathroom with full-size bath, separate shower enclosure, and heated towel rail.
